London Yellow Mixed Stock Bricks are a mix of original imperial bricks that date back to the late 18th century. They were used as a main form of building material that is still very much in view today. London Yellow Mixed Stocks are a mix of yellow, red, orange, pink and black stock bricks.
London Yellow Mixed Stocks are imperial in size. Reclaimed London Yellow Mixed Stock Bricks can be used to seamlessly match together original buildings and any proposed extensions; they are widely used for anything from conservatory bases to filling in removed windows or doors, garden walls and finishing off fireplaces. These are a classic and versatile brick.
There are a variety of different types of London Yellow Mixed Stocks. Some have a higher yellow to red ratio than others and it is important to make the right selection when choosing the bricks for your project. All photographs on our site are of previous projects, they are there to provide a guide when selecting your bricks. As with all reclaimed bricks they will vary from batch to batch. It is recommended that you visit the yard prior to purchase to ensure that you select the correct bricks for your project.
London Yellow Mixed stocks are also a great way to bring the overall cost of a yellow stock job down. As the price of Yellow Stocks increase, a cheaper Yellow Mixed can be used alongside them. Builders will look to “lose” the non yellow bricks on unseen (typically side) elevations. This is a good solution to a costly problem, and something we aren’t seeing more of.
All reclaimed London Stocks can be purchased in any quantity. Discounts can apply to high quantity orders. Delivery is free on orders of a thousand bricks or more, subject to a mileage check.
